Zoning Code as of February 2020

The City recodified the Columbia Falls Municipal Code, including Title 18 Zoning Regulations in February 2020. The City now uses Municode's Self-publishing software to update the Municipal Code upon adoption by the Council. Planning and Zoning text amendments go through two public hearings, Planning Board and City Council and then two Ordinance readings. The final code becomes final 30 days after the 2nd reading by the City Council.
